Preprocessed Pork - Quarter / Half / Whole

    • The cost for a preprocessed Quarter Pork is a flat fee of $300 ($250 Sales Price - April only!) with hams and bacon cured.  The final product weight delivered to the customer for a Quarter Pork is approximately 40lbs, based on a whole hanging weight of approximately 200lbs.

     

    • The cost for a preprocessed Half Pork is a flat fee of $500 with hams and bacon cured.  The final product weight delivered to the customer for a half pork is approximately 80lbs, based on a whole hanging weight of approximately 200lbs.

     

    • The cost for a preprocessed Whole Pork is a flat fee of $1000 with hams and bacon cured. The final product weight delivered to the customer for a Whole Pork is approximately 160lbs based on a whole hanging weight of approximately 200 lbs.

     

    All portion sizes will include specialty items such as bacon, ham, smoked sausages, jerky, links (no very spicy or hot seasonings used) and a full variety of cuts normally only possible with a Whole Pork order.

     

    There are no additional butcher processing fees of any kind.  Some of all the normal variety of pork portions and cuts are provided.  All meat is double wrapped, labeled, and fresh flash frozen for long term freezer storage.
